- 10.1 fl oz Cranberry juice
- 2 tbsp Red currant jelly

- In a saucepan, combine the red currant jelly with the cranberry juice, 10.1 fl oz of water, and half of the verbena. Bring the mixture to a simmer, remove from heat, and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the infusion and let it cool before placing it in the refrigerator.
- Peel the peaches, remove the pits, and cut them into 8 wedges each. Place them in a bowl with the cooled infusion. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Arrange the peach wedges in the tart infusion in shallow bowls or cups. Garnish with the remaining fresh verbena.
