Tuna Burgers with Seaweed Mayonnaise are a flavorful twist on the classic burger, combining the savory taste of tuna with the umami-rich notes of seaweed. To prepare these burgers, fresh or canned tuna is mixed with ingredients like breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings such as ginger, garlic, and soy sauce, then shaped into patties. These tuna patties are typically pan-fried or grilled until golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside. The seaweed mayonnaise is made by blending traditional mayonnaise with finely chopped seaweed, such as nori or wakame, along with lemon juice and a touch of sesame oil for added flavor. This creamy sauce enhances the taste of the tuna burgers, adding a distinctive and delicious oceanic twist. The burgers are usually served on toasted buns with fresh toppings like lettuce, cucumber, or avocado, offering a refreshing and nutritious meal option. Perfect for seafood lovers, these burgers make an excellent choice for a summer barbecue or casual dinner.
