Taboulé with Apples

Taboulé with Apples

Taboulé with apples is a fresh and flavorful twist on the traditional Middle Eastern salad, taboulé. This dish combines bulgur wheat with crisp, diced apples for a sweet and tangy flavor. In addition to apples, it typically includes parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions, all finely chopped.
The salad is seasoned with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, giving it a refreshing and zesty taste. The addition of apples adds a crunchy texture and a hint of sweetness, making it a perfect light and healthy dish for warm weather.
