  • 12 mini burger buns
  • 12 thin slices of mortadella
  • 4.2 ounces provolone cheese
  • 1 large handful of arugula
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 4 tablespoons black and green pitted olives
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the olives. Mix them in a bowl with the tomato sauce and thyme leaves. Add pepper to taste.
