Ingredients
- 8.8 oz Skinless Salmon Fillet
- 7 oz Button Mushrooms
- 1 Leek White
- 1 Red Onion
- 5.3 oz Ricotta
- 1.7 fl oz Cream
- 1 Pizza Dough Ball
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 482°F (250°C). Wash and thinly slice the leek white. Peel the red onion and cut it into 2 mm rings. Slice the salmon fillet thinly, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- Thinly slice the mushrooms and sauté them quickly in a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Mash the ricotta with a fork, add the curry powder, and blend with the cream until smooth. Adjust the seasoning.
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread the ricotta curry cream over it. Arrange the leek slices, mushrooms, red onion rings, and salmon slices on top. Bake for 10 minutes and serve with a small side salad of lamb's lettuce dressed with a splash of lemon juice.
