  • 7 oz Tagliatelle Pasta
  • 2 Skinless Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tbsp Crème Fraîche
  • 1 Sprig of Flat-Leaf Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Boil the pasta in a pot of salted water, cooking it for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package.

  • Reserve a ladleful of the pasta cooking water.

  • Check the salmon fillets for bones and remove any with a pair of tweezers if necessary.

  • Steam the salmon fillets for 10 minutes.

  • Drain the pasta.

  • In a skillet, sauté the pasta with the reserved cooking water and crème fraîche for 2 minutes.
