Quinoa Cookies

Quinoa cookies are a nutritious and delicious treat made using quinoa, a highly versatile and protein-rich grain. These cookies typically combine cooked quinoa with ingredients like oats, flour, sugar, and sometimes additional mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits.
Quinoa adds a slightly nutty flavor and a pleasant texture to the cookies, making them a healthier alternative to traditional cookies. They are often enjoyed as a snack or dessert and can be a great option for those looking for a gluten-free or high-protein baked good.
