Ingredients
  

  • 3.53 oz thin bacon slices
  • 5.29 oz mushrooms
  • 5.29 oz spinach leaves
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.18 oz butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the spinach leaves, then roughly chop them. Wash the mushrooms and quarter them. In a bowl, beat the eggs, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cut the bacon into 2 cm wide strips. Cook them in a hot non-stick pan for 4 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the mushrooms for 4 minutes, then add the spinach and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and set aside.

  • Melt the butter in the same pan, then pour in the beaten eggs. As they start to set, add the bacon, spinach, and mushrooms. Serve hot with a green salad.
