Ingredients
  

  • 1 Chicken cut into pieces, skin removed
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Garlic clove grated
  • 3 Parsley sprigs
  • 3 Cilantro sprigs
  • About 10 Green olives
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Preserved lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the onion and place it at the bottom of a pot. Place the chicken pieces on top. Drizzle with olive oil and generously season with salt. Add pepper and spices. Press the garlic clove.

  • Heat on the stove and brown the chicken until it starts to grill. Add the olives and preserved lemon, then cover with water. Cover and cook for 40 minutes over medium heat.
