Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).
Cut the celery stalk into small cubes and reserve the leaves. Sauté the cubes in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the tomato paste, vodka, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Unroll the pizza dough and cut out 24 circles using a round cutter. Place them on a non-stick baking sheet and prick them with a fork.
Brush each circle with a little tomato sauce mixture.
Top with cherry tomato quarters, small pieces of mozzarella, and cured ham.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Drizzle the hot pizzas with a little olive oil. Garnish with celery leaves and serve.
Bloody Mary Cocktail :
In a shaker, mix 1.35 ounces (4 cl) vodka, 4 ounces (12 cl) tomato juice, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 drops Tabasco, a pinch of celery salt, salt, and pepper with 4 ice cubes.
Shake well and serve immediately.
