Ingredients
- 12 slices brioche bread
- 1 small cooking sausage about 7 ounces
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 4 tablespoons strong mustard
- 4 tablespoons shelled pistachios
Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a pot of simmering water for about 30 minutes without piercing it. Drain and slice it into very thin rounds.
- Chop the pistachios.
- Spread mustard on the brioche bread slices.
- Generously cover half of the slices with chopped pistachios and slices of warm sausage, then top the other halves with spinach leaves.
- Close the sandwiches, pressing them firmly.
- Secure each sandwich with 4 wooden skewers and cut them into four pieces.
