Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pita breads
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp Quark fromage blanc
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Sprigs of parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and dice them.

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
