  • 5.6 oz Potato Gnocchi
  • 5.3 oz Mushrooms
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Chili Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1.8 oz Liquid Cream
  • 1.8 oz Ricotta
  • 1.8 oz Gorgonzola
  • 1 oz Grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Slice the mushrooms, peel, and cut the garlic cloves into slices.

  • In a lightly oiled baking dish, spread the gnocchi, sliced mushrooms, and sliced garlic. Bake for 18 minutes at 350°F.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by melting the liquid cream, ricotta, and gorgonzola over low heat in a small saucepan.

  • Take the dish out of the oven and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
