  • 2 Smoked Sausages
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 0.5 Red Chili Pepper
  • 0.35 oz Butter
  • 14 oz Gnocchi
  • 17 fl oz Tomato Coulis
  • 1 Pinch Turmeric
  • Salt

  • Peel and finely chop the onion. Slice the sausages into rounds.

  • In a skillet, sauté the onion in a drizzle of olive oil. Add the sausage slices, turmeric, chili pepper, and minced garlic. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring over medium heat.
