  • 0.5 Green Cabbage
  • 10.6 oz Rice
  • 0.5 Butternut Squash
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 clove Garlic

  • Cook the rice in water according to the package instructions. Set aside.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: peel and cut the butternut squash into small cubes, thinly slice the onion and cabbage.
