  • 4 Round burger buns
  • 4 Beef patties
  • 4 Slices foie gras
  • 1 Tomato
  • 4 tbsp Onion jam
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet and cook the beef patties for about 5 minutes on each side. Do the same with the foie gras slices, cooking for 1 minute on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
