Ingredients
  

  • 12 No-boil cannelloni
  • 5.3 oz Ground beef
  • 5.3 oz Sausage meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 0.5 Bunch of chives
  • 2 Sprigs of thyme
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 5.3 oz Bechamel sauce
  • 5.3 oz Canned peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Sauté them in a wok with a bit of oil for 5 minutes. Add the ground beef and sausage meat, then the tomato paste, peeled tomatoes, thyme, and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. Set aside.

  • Preheat the oven to 356°F (th.6).

  • Stuff the cannelloni with the meat mixture. Spread the reserved 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce at the bottom of a baking dish, place the cannelloni on top, cover with the béchamel sauce, and bake for 30 minutes.

  • Before serving, wash and chop the chives, then sprinkle them over the dish.
