Ingredients
- 2 sausages
- 2 buckwheat galettes
- 1 onion
- 0.42 cups dry white wine
- 0.63 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- In a cast iron pot, brown the sausages for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté the sliced onions in the sausage drippings until golden brown.
- Once the onions are well browned, add the sausages back in, and cover with white wine and chicken broth. Simmer until the sausages are fully cooked and the liquid is reduced.
- Melt some butter in a large skillet and place a buckwheat galette in it. Layer slices of sausage and onions on the galette.
- Fold the sides of the galette over the filling and serve hot.
